Locally Roasted Coffees 

• Fire Keeper: An organic dark roast that is every bit of bold but never burned. A blend of Central American and Indonesian coffees that is smoky and smooth with a buttery body developed by coasting into the end of the roast.
• Community: The organic house blend. A medium roast of South and Central American coffees that brings a balance of chocolate and citrus to the cup.
• Regular Joe: For those of you who know what you like but would rather spend your time drinking your coffee than contemplating the nuances, we give you Regular Joe. A sweet, tasty regular cup of coffee.
• Decaf: An easy to drink medium roast with a delicate sweetness. Decaffeinated without chemicals. Yes, decaf can taste good!
• Espresso: Our espresso blend features coffees from Indonesia, Central, and South America. We take it to a Viennese or Light French roast level creating a creamy fusion of sweet, spice, and earth that lingers on the palate when enjoyed as a straight shot and carries a wonderfully rich taste through any milk based drink.
• Butter Rum: An organic roast that is warm, sweet, rich, and buttery smooth. The aroma alone of this special roast will get you in the Holiday spirit! Normally offered in December and early January.
• Chocolate Raspberry: Simply delicious and flavored without the use of chemical solvents, so no bitter aftertaste. Normally offered during the winter months.
• Cinnamon Hazelnut Cream: A delicious medium roast from South America. Offered year round.
• Caramel Nut: Creamy, sweet, Caramelly goodness with a dash of Toasted Hazelnut. Simply delicious and flavored without the use of chemical solvents, so no bitter aftertaste. Offered year round.
• Blueberry: If you're a fan of Blueberry coffee, look no further. The authentic, rich taste of this coffee will have you pouring a second cup before you finish the first. Tastes like no other blueberry coffee you've ever had. A real treat! Normally offered during the summer.
• Pumpkin Spice: Autumn is our favorite season! Celebrate the harvest with our medium roast, Pumpkin Spice, flavored without chemical solvents. We guarantee this will be the best you've tasted. Smooth, savory and delicious. Normally offered during the fall.
• In Season Cold brew: Refers to the process of steeping coarse-ground coffee beans in room temperature or chilled water for an extended period of time, usually 12 hours or more, allowing the coffee to slowly extract its oils, acids and fragrance over time. Cold brewed coffee is more mellow and less acidic then traditional coffee.
• Nitro Coffee: Is our specialty cold brewed coffee on tap that’s infused with tiny nitrogen bubbles. The bubbles give the coffee a foamy texture, like beer. Nitro coffee pours out of a tap. As the nitro pours out, it cascades into the cup, separating into a darker and lighter brew, with a thick, foamy top. It looks and has a similar texture to a Guinness beer. Nitro is typically served unsweetened without ice in order to enjoy the crema on top, Since the foamy crema delivers a smooth, thick texture you likely will not miss the cream and sugar making this beverage low calorie.
